Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Breakfast

1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbs almonds
1 tbs flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Breakfast

  1. Set 1 cup water to boil

  2. Add oats and buckweat and turn down to simmer

  3. Simmer until soft and chewy

  4. Add ground almonds and whole flax seeds
