Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal breakfast

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
25 g dried figs
15 g dried cranberries
20 g walnuts
10 g almonds
1 banana
2 tbs ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal breakfast

  1. Oats, nuts and spices soaked overnight in water/kefir mixture.

  2. Fruit added during cooking.

  3. Ground flax seed added when served.

  4. 1/2 cup Kefir served on top.
