Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

1/4 cup corn oil
1/2 cup SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
2 eggs
3 tbls molasses
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bran
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/4 cup raisins
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375, have greased cookie sheet available

  2. Blend oil, sugar, eggs, molasses and milk

  3. Add flour, bran, baking soda, and salt, mix well

  4. Blend in oats and raisins

  5. Drop large tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet

  6. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes
