Makes 12 servings



Oatmeal breakfast cookies with natural peanut butter, oats, and applesauce. Dark Chocolate chips were added.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

2 bananas
1/3 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

  1. Mix bananas, peanut butter, applesauce together.

  2. Add protein powder, extract, nuts and chips.

  3. Add oats.

  4. Let rest 10 minutes.

  5. Use scoop to make 12 cookies of equal size, flatten out.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
