1 tbs flax seed
1 tbs nuts
1/4 cup milk 1%
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Breakfast (1/4 cup oatm. & milk)

Mix first 4 ingredients and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Add protein powder and blueberries, cinnamon to taste and enjoy! :)
