Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Bread

2 Serving Porridge Oats Scottish Breakfast Cereal
306 grams Soy Milk, Fluid
100 grams Flour
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Bread

  1. Grease bread tin. Preheat oven to 450 degrees/gas mark 8.

  2. Combine oats, flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine oil, honey and milk.

  4. Mix to form a soft dough.

  5. Pour into tin, sprinkle top with some more oats.

  6. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
