Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Bread Dough

1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
250 grams Svelty skimmed milk
0.25 cup Butter
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
15 grams Yeast
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Oat Bran
0.33 cup Wheat Bran, Crude
1.5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
4.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Bread Dough

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Don't knead

  3. Allow to rise for 2hrs

  4. Refrigerate (not airtight)

  5. For baking:

  6. Cut the piece, shape and let it rest for 80min

  7. Bake on a loaf pan to 350F (Preheated) for 45min
