0.065 cup raw Wheat Bran
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
0.33 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.5 oz Raisins, Seedless
0.5 oz Mixed Nuts, Dry Roasted
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal and Bran Flax Raisins Nuts

  1. Mix all except milk in large microwave dish.

  2. Cover, cook on high 1 minute.

  3. Swirl ingredients in dish to mix.

  4. Cook 30 to 60 seconds more, watch so it doesn't cook over.

  5. Serve with 1/2 cup milk.

  6. Optionally add fruit.
