Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Bowl

1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk, fat free
1 egg
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tsp splenda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Bowl

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, lightly beat the egg and add the oats, milk, fruit, sugar, and cottage cheese.

  2. Stir well then microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  3. Stir well again and microwave for another minute.

  4. Keep repeating stirring and microwaving at 1 minute intervals atleast 3 times, until oatmeal becomes thick or to desired consistency.

  5. Remove and add vanilla, nuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
