Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

1 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2%) milk
1 egg
1 T canola oil
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
3 9/10 oz Mott's Healthy Harvest Blueberry Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

  1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk, egg, oil, and applesauce until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill 12 greased muffin cups.

  2. Bake at 425 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
