1/2 cup Soy Slender Vanilla
1 tbsp flax oil
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup water
24 g Designer Whey French Vanilla

  1. Add oatmeal and water to a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Microwave on full power for 90 seconds.

  3. Add flax oil; stir thoroughly.

  4. Add protein powder; stir thoroughly.

  5. Add blueberries; fold oatmeal onto the blueberries to assist the melting process.

  6. Add soy milk last! stir.
