One Pan dish easily reheated in portions for a weeks worth of bfast

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Blueberry Breakfast Pie

2 cups Oatmeal
1 cup blueberries
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t baking soda

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Blueberry Breakfast Pie

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Pour into pie dish sprayed with Pam

  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

  4. Cool for 1 hour; slice into 6 portions and individually bag each one - refrigerate up to 5 days

  5. Heat in microwave for 45 secs before serving

  6. Yummy!
