0.33 serving Vanilla Almond Milk
0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 oz Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Base

  1. cook oats, water, almond milk, and sliced banana on 6

  2. when it starts to bubble, stir until desired consistency is reached.

  3. add in vanilla and flax (or other seed)

  4. put into a bowl, top with granola, nuts, fruit, nut butter, etc
