Chewy low fat oatmeal bars.. Add any dry fruit or nuts you prefer. I like the off brand "nice" unsweetened mixed fruit from Walgreens..

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Bars

4 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 tbsp Mesquite Flour
4 large Egg, White
12 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
3 container Applesauce
3 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
6 oz Mixed Dried Fruit
1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Bars

Mix all dry ingredients except fruit and/ or nuts together. In seperate bowl, mix all wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry blend well. Stir in fruits or nuts. Spray 9X13 glass baking pan with calorie free no stick spray. Spread mixture in even layer in the pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool.. Cut into 12 equal squares. Even better if you serve topped with a thin layer of sugar free strawberry spread.
