Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Bars

2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup wheat bran
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In separate mixing bowl beat eggs and applesauce. Add eggs and applesauce to dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until light brown on top.
