Oatmeal Bars to eat on the go.. Store wrapped in plastic in freezer. Zap in micro or toaster makes a quick meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal bars

1 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
2 Egg, White
2 t Vanilla Extract
2 t Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 t Cinnamon, Ground
6 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal bars

  1. 325 degree oven

  2. Grind 3 cups of the oats to yield 1 and 1/2 cu of oat flour (in mini-chopper).

  3. Mix all wet ingredients and fold in dry. Spread into nonstick 9/13 pan

  4. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into 12 squares.
