you can use any combo of dried fruit or nuts

Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal bars

1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
3/4 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for oatmeal bars

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. mix wet ingredients

  3. pour wet into dry, combine

  4. pour into 9x9 lined baking tray

  5. bake for 40mins in oven at 180

  6. cut into 9 squares
