Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Bars

3/4 c natural peanut butter
1/2 c honey
1/3 c brown sugar
2 1/2 c oatmeal
3/4 c dried cranberries
1 c sweetened coconut
1/4 c chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Bars

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; quickly stir in cereal and fruit bits; mix well.

  2. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a 13x9 inch dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
