A quick and nutritious breakfast cookie to grab on the go!

Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal, banana, walnut & pecan breakfast cookie

3 bananas
2 cups quick oats
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/3 cup pecans

Recipe Directions for oatmeal, banana, walnut & pecan breakfast cookie

Mix all ingredients together, let sit for at least 5 minutes to saturate oats. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (Nuts are optional)
