Banana Snack bread with chopped up apples

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana Snack Bread with Apples

1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 Cup Spelt Flour
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 large Egg, Whole
6 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small (2-3/4") Apples
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Banana Snack Bread with Apples

Combine wet ingredients. Cut apple up and add to wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients. Mix together and wet & dry. Bake in a 350 degree over for about 25 minutes in a 9 x 13" pan.
