Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana pancakes

28 2/5 g Brown Rice Protein
3 pancakes Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 packet Instant Oatmeal Original
0.6 cup Soymilk Vanilla
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 tbsp Wheat Germ
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Banana pancakes

  1. In a bowl, mix oatmeal packet, wheat germ and ground flax seeds and the soy milk and let sit for a while to soften.

  2. Add the pancake mix, protein powder, cinnamon, (and any other spices you like) and water.

  3. Mix until just combine.

  4. pour about 1/4 cup of batter on hot skillet and put 3-4 slices of banana and then flip and finish cooking.

  5. Serve with applesauce or syrup.
