Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana Nut Muffins

4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 serving Sugar Pure Cane
1/4 cup Original
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Banana Nut Muffins

  1. with a wooden spoon, mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle baking soda and salt. Add flour and oats last.

  2. Pour into muffin tins bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
