Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal banana muffins

1 1/4 c oatmeal
1/2 c rice flour
1/4 c ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c plain yogurt
3 medium, ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c agave syrup
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c walnut pieces

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal banana muffins

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. In another bowl, mix rest of ingredients except nuts.

  3. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix well. Fold in nuts.

  4. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 20-22 min.
