Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana muffins

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbsp canola oil
1 egg
1/4 cup white sugar
2 bananas
1 cup oats
1 cup lowfat milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Banana muffins

  1. Combine milk and oats and let sit for 15 minutes. Add all wet ingredients and bananas.

  2. Add dry ingredients.

  3. Mix until just combined.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
