2 eggs
3 bananas
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Banana Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 175 C (350 F).

  2. mash bananas

  3. add eggs to banana mixture

  4. in a separate bowel, combine dry ingredients

  5. add dry ingredients to banana mix

  6. put 12 muffin paper cups into muffin tin, and fill up muffin cups.

  7. bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until inside is dry.
