Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana Muffins

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup light butter
3 medium mashed bananas
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup quick oats

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Banana Muffins

  1. Cream together sugar and butter.

  2. Beat in eggs, honey, and bananas.

  3. Stir together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in separate bowl.

  4. Add to creamed mixture beating until blended.

  5. Stir in oats.

  6. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

  7. Bake in 375 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
