Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana Muffins

1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/2 c honey
1/4 c milk
1 3/4 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Banana Muffins

  1. Cream sugar and butter.

  2. Add egg, banana, honey & milk.

  3. Add rest of ingredients. Stir until blended.

  4. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

  5. Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
