Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal banana muffin

0.23 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 oz Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal banana muffin

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Cut up a quarter banana and mix into the ingredients.

  3. Place into muffin tin and bake for 12-15 min.
