Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal banana brulee

2 cups 2% milk
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
5 tablespoons light brown sugar
6 ounces Light Very Vanilla
1 large banana

Recipe Directions for oatmeal banana brulee

  1. put all ingredents in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Boil for 1 minute then put into 4 oven safe dishes

  3. top oatmeal with 1/8 - 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt followed by banana cut into round slices (a little under 1/2 banana) followed by 2 tsp - 1 tbsp brown sugar.

  4. Place in oven on broil until sugar begins to bubble and carmelize. Take out and eat immediatly
