Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal bake tiki squares

2 cups Almond Breeze Original
4 cups oats, toasted
3/4 cup agave syrup
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (fine)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 large bananas, sliced thin
2 oz cashew nuts, whole or crushed
2 tbsp Organic Raw Almond Butter
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for oatmeal bake tiki squares

  1. Directions:

  2. Combine these ingredients in a large bowl: toasted rolled oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.

  3. Stir in milk, agave syrup, vanilla, coconut oil, applesauce and almond butter.

  4. Fold in cashews, bananas and coconut flakes.

  5. Pour mixture into a greased casserole pan.

  6. Top with coconut flakes, a few banana slices and dot with cashews.

  7. Drizzle with agave or maple

  8. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until the center of the bake is firm.

  9. Top should be browned.

  10. Allow to cool for a half hour.

  11. Cut into large squares.

  12. Serve with fresh fruit .
