Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Applesauce Low Fat Cookies

0.67 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Sweetener
2 cup Organic Applesauce
2.66 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
2.75 tsp Baking Powder
1.25 tsp Salt, Table
1.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2.66 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Applesauce Low Fat Cookies

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet (I use parchment paper instead). In a medium bowl mix sugars and applesauce. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir dry mix into applesauce mixture. Add the oatmeal and raisins. Place about 1 tsp mounds on cookie sheet and bake around 10 minutes.
