Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal with apple and walnuts

1 cup water
1 dash of salt
1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
1/4 c soy milk
1/4 c walnut

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with apple and walnuts

Mix first four ingredients. Microwave on high for 2.5 to 3 minutes. Stir in soy milk and walnuts
