1/2 oz Almonds (12 whole almonds)
5/8 oz (5/8 oz) Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3/4 cup Organic Fat Free Milk

  1. Add 1/2 c whole (old fashioned) oatmeal to 1 c cold water

  2. Boil till liquid is absorbed - about 5 minutes

  3. Put into bowl and add nuts and fruit
