Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal 1

2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp oat bran
1/2 tbsp flax oil
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
8 oz skim milk

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal 1

  1. Soak oats in milk 30 minutes.

  2. Microwave at level 5 for 3 min 33 sec.

  3. Microwave at level 3 for 1 min 11 sec.

  4. Stir in rest plus some fruit.
