Oatbran muffin with raisins: Not too sweet and good fiber.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatbran Muffins

2.25 cup Oat Bran
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp, ground Cardamom
0.25 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
3 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
1 serving Pure Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Oatbran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add wet ingredients except raisins and mix until dry ingredients are moistened.

  4. Gently stir in plumped raisins (can use plumped cranberries as well).

  5. Spoon evenly into 12 paper lined muffin tin. Bake 15-18 minutes or until brown.
