Recipe Ingredients for Oat-wheat pancakes

1 cup flour
1 1/3 cups oat flour
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
4 T. sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 T. applesauce
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups skim milk

Recipe Directions for Oat-wheat pancakes

mix dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients. Lightly grease a skillet for the first pancakes only. Cook them until they are puffy and bubbly, turning to brown and other side. Serve hot. Size of pancakes will determine how many you actually get.
