Recipe Ingredients for Oat and sultana breakfast pancakes

2 cups oats
3 cups skimmed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 large eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Oat and sultana breakfast pancakes

  1. Soak oats in milk with sultanas, sugar, spice and vanilla for 1 hr. Add eggs, beated, flour and baking powder.

  2. cook in a preheated oiled pan.
