Healthy Oat squares for snacks throughout the week

Recipe Ingredients for Oat squares

3 cups oats
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup craisins
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Oat squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix all ingredients

  3. Spray baking dish with cooking spray

  4. 8x8 or 9x9

  5. Bake for 1 hour or more

  6. Feel free to add some chocolate chips or sprinkle the top with brown sugar for some sweetness
