Recipe Ingredients for Oat and Raisin Biscuits

50 g butter
125 g sugar
1 egg
50 g plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
175 g porridge oats
125 g raisins
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Oat and Raisin Biscuits

  1. Bake at 180C for 15 mins

  2. Lightly grease and flour two trays

  3. Cream butter and sugar

  4. Add beaten egg gradually

  5. Sieve flour, baking powder, salt into sugar mixture and mix

  6. Add oats, rasins and sesame, mix

  7. Spoon onto tray and flatten mounds slightly.
