Just a note: recipe analyzer only let me input peanut butter with salt. Sodium lowered by using a different variety. Also, use puffed rice rather than the "Rice Crispy Treats" the analyzer selected. And use 100% Whey Protein Powder, or something other than the Soy Protein Isolate. Again, the analyzer wouldn't accept anything else. These changes make it even BETTER for you.

Recipe Ingredients for Oat Protein Bars

1 cup Oats
1 cup honey (natural, unsweetened)
1 cup peanut butter (natural, crunchy or creamy)
1 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
1 cup soy protein isolate (protein powder, choc or vanilla)

Recipe Directions for Oat Protein Bars

Mix all Ingredients and put in 8 x 8 square pan, covered, in Fridge. Cut into squares and enjoy straight from the fridge!
