very healthy, very good breakfast alternative or snack. Quick and easy to make. Add some honey and fresh berries to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for oat pancakes

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup water
3 egg whites
1 scoop whey protein

Recipe Directions for oat pancakes

  1. Seperate your eggs and stir them with a fork

  2. Add oats and protein then stir again.... you can also blend it to get a nice smooth consistancy as i like to do

  3. Add water if needed to keep your dough runny

  4. use a non stick pan and spray and cook if needed and cook then to look like flapjacks. Turn them when they make little holes on top.

  5. Then Enjoy..
