High fiber, high protein breakfast pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Oat Pancakes

2 cup Oat Flour
8 tbsp Buttermilk Blend
1 tbsp Magic Baking powder
1 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
8 serving Salt substitute Nu-Salt
4 serving Soya Protein
9 serving Inulin, clear fiber, Meijer

Recipe Directions for Oat Pancakes

Mix until just blended.Let set for 5 minutes. Heat skillet until water dropped on it sizzles. Mist with buttered flavored cooking spray. Pour by approx. 1/8 cup into skillet and cook each side for about 2 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 24 pancakes.
