Healthier version of one of my favourite breakfasts. Next time, I shall add a touch of cinnamon I think. Please note recipe is originally with 300ml milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Oat Pancakes

2 large Egg, Whole
10 fl oz Milk
70 grams Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
40 grams Flour
2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
3 grams Butter

Recipe Directions for Oat Pancakes

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.

  2. 2. Heat, and using a pastry brush (I learnt this trick from a cook, really keeps the amount of butter right down) lighty brush a pan with butter.

  3. 3. Add approx. 3 Tablespoons of mixture to pan, ensuring the oats are somewhat spread out. They should be about "McDonald Hotcakes" in size.

  4. 4. Once slightly browned, flip to cook other side.

  5. 5. EAT! I tired it with yoghurt and berries and it was delicious.

  6. Note: 1 'serving' = 1 pancake if you make 8 pancakes of similar size. I had about 3 and (with yoghurt and berries) was pretty satisfied!
