Use Aspen Mulling spices for the cinnamon

Recipe Ingredients for Oat-mull cookies

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups butter
1 egg
1/2 cups cinnamon
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Oat-mull cookies

Add the mixed ingredients, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda. Mix well. Add 3 cups rolled oats and 1 c. raisins and 1 c. walnuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 1/1 dozen cookies.
