Recipe Ingredients for 'Oat' Meal (No Oats Needed)

2 apples
1 banana
1 tbsp flax seed, golden
1 cup water, pure

Recipe Directions for 'Oat' Meal (No Oats Needed)

  1. Put the flex seeds in the purified water and let sit overnight.

  2. Peel the apples and cut them in smaller parts (for the blender). Peel the banana en break in parts. Rinse the flaxseeds.

  3. Put all ingredients in a blender. This can be a hand blender or high speed blender such as vitamix.

  4. Add 1/4 cup water, just enough to let the mixture blend well.

  5. Blend all ingredients until smooth. You may want to add a little more water if it's too thick.
