Recipe Ingredients for Oat Flour Bell Ringers

117 g (1 cup) oats, zapped
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
1/2 tsp cinnamon

  1. Mix wet then dry then together.

  2. Drop by scant quarter cup onto hot griddle.
