Recipe Ingredients for oat flour banana muffins

1 1/4 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 large egg
76 grams grapeseed oil
55 grams organic cane sugar
2 bananas
1 1/2 cup oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe Directions for oat flour banana muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix rolled rolled oats, yogurt, and almond milk together and let stand 10 minutes.

  3. Mix grapeseed oil, egg, sugar, and bananas together.

  4. Add to rolled oat mixture.

  5. Mix oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices together.

  6. Add to wet ingredients. Mix. Spoon into muffin tin. Bake

  7. for 20 minites.
