Fibre & protein rich oat cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Oat choc-chip cookies

1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 c brown sugar
12 scoops Stevia Powder
1/4 c chocolate chips
2 T applesauce
2 T almond breeze
1 t vanilla essence

Recipe Directions for Oat choc-chip cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

  2. Process oats to form a flour.

  3. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

  4. Mix in liquid ingredients, adding more almond milk if desired.

  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
