Recipe Ingredients for Oat breakfast with low fat milk

1/2 cup oat
2 tsp low fat milk,dry
1 tsp Almond, ground
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cup hot water
1 tbsp flaxseed, ground

Recipe Directions for Oat breakfast with low fat milk

  1. dissolve dry milk in the hot water.

  2. Add sugar(or honey if preferred).

  3. Add Almond and flaxseed.

  4. Leave for few minutes to soften the oat or

  5. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook for just 3-5 minutes or until soft.

  6. Serve.
