Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Sourdough Waffles

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.667 cup Oat Bran
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.67 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Dried

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Sourdough Waffles

  1. Combine flour, dried buttermilk, sourdough starter, and enough water.

  2. Let sit overnight.

  3. Remove enough starter for the next batch.

  4. Add oat bran, eggs, oil, sugar, salt, and a little more water. Mix.

  5. Dissolve baking soda in water and add.

  6. Sitr all ingredients togeter. Add water as necessary until texture is similar to heavy cream.

  7. Bake in a preheated waffle iron until done.
